قصة التأليف: تشير المصادر التاريخية إلى أن الخليفة العباسي أبي جعفر المنصور طلب من الإمام مالك تدوين كتاب يجمع العلم بطريقة سلسة بعيدة عن التشدد والرخص، ليكون مرجعاً عاماً للناس
