فِكْرَةُ هَذَا الْكِتَابِ الْقَيِّمِ الَّذِي أعده الدُّكْتورُ يَاسِرُ بْن اسْمَاعِيلُ رَاضِي الاستاذ الْمُشَارِكُ فِي قِسْمِ التَّفْسِيرِ بِجَامِعَةِ طِيبَةٍ بِالْمَدِينَةِ الْمُنَوَّرَةِ سَابِقًا وَحاليًّا عُضْوُ هَيْئَةِ التَّدْريسِ بِكُلِّيَّةِ القُرْآنِ والسُّنَّةِ بِجَامِعَةِ بِرْلِيسْ الاسِّلاميَّةِ أنه بَرْنَامج عَمَلِيٌّ مُصَاحِبٌ لِقِرَاءةِ القرانِ الْكَرِيمِ وحِفْظِهِ فَلَا يَنْتَقِلُ الْقَارِيُّ او الْحَافِظُ مِنْ سُورَة الى أخري حتى يَحْفَظَ او يَفْهَمَ بِطَاقَةِ التَّعْرِيفِ الْخَاصَّةِ بِهَا

لَا شَكَّ أَنَّ مَعْرِفَةَ بِطَاقَات السّورِ تُسَاعِدُ قَارِي الْقرانِ فِي فَهْمِ وتَدَبُّرِ أَيَاَته وَمنْ ثُمَّ الْعَمَلُ بِهِ وهُوَ مِنْ أعْظَم الْغَايَاتِ والْمَطَالِبِ

يَسْتَفِيدُ مِنْ هَذَا لِكُتَّابٍ حَلْقَاتِ التَّحْفِيظِ والْمَدارس وكُلُّ مَنْ لَهُ عِلَاَقَةُ مَعَ كِتَابِ اللهِ تَعَالَيْ،

سَهْلَةُ التَّرْتِيبِ وسَلِسَة الْعِبَارَاتِ ورَوْعَةٌ فِي الاخراج يَجْعَلُ الْكِتَابَ رَفيقُ دَرْبِ لأهل اللهَ وخَاصَّتِهِ
