Advice on Establishing an Islamic Home
An excellent book discussing the foundation of an Islämic household. The author addresses issues that are relevant to the majority of Muslim households, such as the importance of choosing a righteous spouse, making your home a place for the remembrance of Alläh, spreading kindness in the home, teaching good manners, discussing some of the evils present in the home, learning the Islämic rulings with regard to how a Muslim home should be, creating an atmosphere of faith, resisting bad manners, choosing a good location and design, how to discipline children which may be more effective than physical punishment and the books that one should read and much more.
A Female Gives Thanks to Islam
This book, by Allah, does not feel like my book!!!
Rather, it is a “project of pride”. I hope this book is the most beautiful gift a father may give his daughter or a mother her daughter.
It may be a gift from a brother to his sister, from a husband to his wife, and from a friend to her friend.
To have in every family an ambassador for the Muslim girls who is proud of her identity, striving to strengthen that identity among girls.
Role of Muslim Woman in Society
The quran elevates the position of woman as a daughter, sister, wife, and mother, and in all these positions she enjoys all the social, economic, legal, religious and educational rights of man. The Prophet, by his teaching and practice, as explained before, fully established woman, in all the above roles, as a full fledged member of society, enjoying equal rights and status with man; and contributing equaly with him, if not more, to the growth and development of society and enrichment of human culture. This, however, in no way implies a similarity or uniformity in their functions as well. Both enjoy equal status and equal rights as humans and as co-partners in life. But in the field of work, their functions in general are of a different nature and scope, being mainly determined by their natural physical, physiological, physiological and emotional disposition. In this respect, it may be pointed out that dissimilarity and non-comformity in functions do not in any way reflect the inferiority or superiority of etheir sex. It is merely a division of work between them according to their natural abilities, aptitudes, capacities and endowments.

Festivals & Celebrations In Islam
Festivals and celebrations are occasions of joy and happiness. They have their distinctive spirit in all societies and cultures, and are eagerly awaited and heartily welcomed by everyone.
The feeling of excitement associated with these occasions, however, causes people to introduce uncommon, strange or even bizarre practices during them.
Islam regulates the occasions to be celebrated and the methods of celebrating them. It maintains their atmosphere of happiness, while redirecting
This book discusses the two annual Islaamic festivals: Eid ul-Fitr and Eid ul-Adhaa as well as the weekly Jumu’ah. It presents the Islaamic guidelines for celebration according to the Quraan and Sunnah, and warns against innovated occasions and un-Islaamic festivals.
In addition to topics that are standard to ‘Id celebration, such as the ‘Id prayer and khutbah, and ‘Id pastimes, this book discusses zakat-ul-fitr, the sacrifice, the blessed days of the month of Thul-Hijjah, and numerous other ‘Id-related issues.
The broad and thorough discussions in this book make it an important manual and complete reference on festivals and celebrations in Islam. Indeed, from Allah (swt) we seek help and acceptance.
Dutifulness To Parents
After dutifulness to Allah, dutifulness to our parents comes next for Muslims, but what does our duty to our parents entail? In this little book, Nidhâm Sakkijha gives examples and evidence from the Qur’an and the Hadith of Allah’s Messenger (blessings and peace be upon him) to explain, point by point, what these duties are, and how the fulfillment of these duties may lead us to Paradise, while their neglect may mean that we end up in Hell. This concise and very useful volume has been translated into English by Iman Zakaria Abu Ghazi.
Backbiting and Its Adverse Effects
This is a revised and updated edition of Backbiting (formerly entitled Gossip and its Adverse Effects). The translator, Huda Khattab, explains: The Qur’an states: {…nor speak ill of each other behind their backs. Would any of you like to eat the flesh of his dead brother? No, you would abhor it…} (Qur’an 49: 12) We cannot escape the fact that backbiting affects us all. We have all been victims and, we must be honest, we have all been guilty of this sin. But it is not a matter to be taken lightly; backbiting can wreck lives and shatter communities. Islam is a practical faith that recognizes the human condition and offers achievable remedies to the problems that beset us. Every human society faces the problem of backbiting, and Islam shows us how to tackle it in a sensible and humane manner. Husayn al-Awayishah has researched this topic in depth, and has presented a concise guide to the evils of backbiting and what can be done about it. This book may make for uncomfortable reading, but the topic is one that every one of us has to face up to.
Golden Stories of Accepted Prayers
What are invocations? In a real sense these are requests which come from the bottom of our hearts to Allah Almighty. Allah is always ready and happy to receive prayers from anyone at any time.
If you’re facing any difficulties or trouble you should immediately turn to Allah for help. The best invocations are those narrated by the Prophet (S). If you don’t speak Arabic, you can pray in your mother tongue.
When we pray we should feel assured that Allah will accept our requests. We should do so with complete sincerity and devotion.
Prayers can be made at any time, but there is a greater possibility our prayers will be accepted if we do so at specific times.

15 Ways to Increase Your Earnings from the Quran and Sunnah (P/B)
One of the blessings that Allah has given His servants is that of a convenient means of financial exchange, i.e. money. Money has since grown to become one of the most’ prized possessions of mankind, and like so many elements of the dunya, serves to test the obedience of Allah’s servants by challenging their system of priorities… Therefore, due to the fact that the Muslims of today are preoccupied with the seeking of money to an extent almost unparalleled in Islamic history, I felt the need to compile a short treatise explaining the manner in which Allah and His Messenger described how Muslims could increase their money. The focus of this book is upon encouraging Muslims to procure money through halal means, and to abstain from haram gains. Abu Ammaar Yasir Qadhi was born in Houston, TX, but completed his primary and secondary education in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. He graduated with a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Houston, after which he was accepted as a student at the Islamic University of Madinah. Enjoy Your Life: The Art of Interpersonal Relations as Exemplified in The Prophet’s Biography is a comprehensive guide towards improving interpersonal skills and hence, enjoying life. The author, Dr. Muhammad ‘Abdur-Rahmân al-‘Areefy, writes: An enjoyable life entails learning and practicing multiple skills; the few who truly apply them savour the success that comes with it. Of course, atop the list of the successful is the chief of humanity, Muhammad (blessings and peace be upon him). His entire life was an ocean of pearls that I have scattered throughout the pages of this book.
Enjoy Your Life! is not the product of an effort of a month or a year. Rather, it has resulted from the research that I devoted myself to for twenty years. I inscribed it with my tears, pouring my soul and squeezing my memories into it. I penned down various incidents involving the joy of our eyes – our first teacher, Muhammad (blessings and peace be upon him). I highlighted his exceptional talents; his skills in dealing with people and enjoying his life. Enjoy Your Life! contains personal memories, real-life experiences, and incidents that I have publicised for the first time – praying that Allah, the Exalted, makes them a source of benefit for you.
Enjoy Your Life! contains words that are straight from my heart, hoping to find a place in yours. It is the dearest and most beloved of my books. I ask Allah, the Exalted, to benefit others with it, make this effort solely for His sake, and amply reward all those who have contributed to spread it.

The purpose of this book is to provide English speaking Muslims a concise and authentic compilation of the instructions regarding funeral rites in Islam.
Human Right in Islam – DCB
This work argues that contemporary human rights schemes, especially the extreme and vocal branches, offer no convincing reasons for a Muslim to give up tenets of his faith to bend them to meet their demands. On the contrary, these schemes’ baseless claims should strengthen a Muslim’s conviction in Islam. Human Rights Advocates have a noble goal of bringing people the rights they deserve, but they are lost and confused, lacking a foundation for their claims. After examining the human rights paradigm, a Muslim should flee quickly and return to Allah, realizing that without the guidance of the Almighty, there is no hope for humanity.

deals with all these issues and points out the means of steadfastness that every Muslim should learn and practice. The author also discusses common worldly distractions and explains how to deal with them.
Healing Hearts: Better Wedded
Healing Hearts: Better Wedded is an invaluable guide through the more complex issues that affect marriages written by a qualified and experienced Islamic relationship counsellor. In this second book, we look into the past experiences of spouses and how these experiences affect marriages, to move forward with greater understanding; resolving conflict, healing hearts and insha’Allah, being better wedded. This highly topical book offers advice on how to deal with issues such as narcissism, depression, emotional distance in marriages, addictions and their causes, domestic violence, bullying and abuse amongst others. Losing My Religion: A Call For Help (P/B)
“Crucial to the vitality of any religious community is its ability to attract and engage descendants and converts. By this measure, notwithstanding the proliferation of mosques and Islamic organizations, the Muslim community in America is not doing at all well.” This rather sober assessment motivates Dr. Lang to address, in this book, the alienation from the Mosque of the great majority of America’s homegrown Muslims. In Losing My Religion: A Call For Help, the author comes to terms with many of the queries put to him by Americans of Muslim parentage and converts to Islam since the publication of his book Even Angels Ask in 1977. Lang asserts that to effectively respond to the general malaise of American-born Muslims, the Islamic establishment in America needs to be willing to listen to the doubts and complaints of the disaffected. This entails engaging in open discussions on issues with which many in the Muslim community will be uncomfortable, but Lang avers that such open dialogue will be of more benefit to young American Muslims struggling with their faiths than the covert and uniformed discussions that often take place or no discussion at all. For this reason, Lang feels it is important and beneficial “to be candid and objective and not evade controversy, for to inadequately state the case for or against a specific position, especially when it challenges convention, only serves to further alienate the sceptical.” In addition to examining questions of theodicy, hadith authenticity, and moot practices within the American Muslim community, the author includes many testimonials and inquiries that make this book informative. Dr. Lang is Professor of Mathematics at The University of Kansas, Lawrence, Kansas. He is the author of two best selling works: Struggling to Surrender and Even Angels Ask: A Journey to Islam in America. Both books have been translated into other languages.
The Fragile Vessels (P/B)
This is one of a 3-book series covering various aspects of marriage according to the authentic Sunnah. Marriage plays a most central role in the human life, and has been largely discussed by the scholars of Islaam through the ages, resulting in numerous writings and treatises. Some of those writings, mostly by contemporary scholars, have been translated into English. However, we find them restricted in scope, addressing Muslims who live in predominantly Islaamic countries, or overlooking important real issues that have developed under modern civilization. This leaves quite a large gap that needs to be filled for the benefit of the Muslims in English-speaking countries, and this is what we attempt to fulfill over the span of three books.”
Covers the obligations of the two spouses, the wife’s rights, and the husband’s rights. Contains biographies of the Mothers of the Believers, paints a very realistic picture from the life of the Prophet (pbuh) with his wives, and presents a complete discussion of the hadeeth of Ummar Zar’.
