A Commentary on The Four Principles of Shirk
A commentary on the treatise of Shaikh Muhammed ibn Abdul Wahhab’s ‘Qawaidul Arba’ah’ The Four Principles of Shirk. In this treatise, the Shaikh discusses and brings the evidence for four principles; about knowing the disbelievers, knowing what they worship, that they differ in their religions, and the mushrikeen of now are worse than those before.
Lawful Wives or Unlawful Girlfriends
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
Allah (SWT) says: (If you fear that you will not be able to deal justly with the orphans, marry women of your choice, two or three or four; but if you fear that you shall not be able to deal justly (with them), then only one or (the captives or the slaves) that your right hands possess. That will be more suitable to prevent you from doing injustice) (An-Nisa’: 3).
Praise be to Allah (SWT) who has prescribed for His Servants a religion (Islam) that is beneficial to them in this world and the Hereafter, and Peace and Blessing be upon His Messengers and Prophets who were guided by His Guidance and conveyed His Religion. The last and seal of His Messengers was Muhammad Ibn Abdillah (SAW). He (SAW) was the best to advise his Ummah and convey the True Message, by words, deeds and his character. He (SAW) was the best model and example for the believers.
15 Ways to Increase Your Earnings from the Quran and Sunnah (P/B)
One of the blessings that Allah has given His servants is that of a convenient means of financial exchange, i.e. money. Money has since grown to become one of the most’ prized possessions of mankind, and like so many elements of the dunya, serves to test the obedience of Allah’s servants by challenging their system of priorities… Therefore, due to the fact that the Muslims of today are preoccupied with the seeking of money to an extent almost unparalleled in Islamic history, I felt the need to compile a short treatise explaining the manner in which Allah and His Messenger described how Muslims could increase their money. The focus of this book is upon encouraging Muslims to procure money through halal means, and to abstain from haram gains. Abu Ammaar Yasir Qadhi was born in Houston, TX, but completed his primary and secondary education in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The Final Messenger : The Lifestory of Prophet Muhammad
The Life story of Prophet Muhammad SAWﷺ Verily, there has come to you a Messenger from among yourselves. It grieves him that you should receive any injury or difficulty. He is anxious over you, for the believers full of pity, Kind, and merciful. [Surah At-Tawbah 9:128] Abu Hurayrah : I have not seen anything more beautiful than the messenger of Allah SWTﷺ. It was as if the sun flowed upon his SAWﷺface. And I have not seen anyone quicker in his walking than the Messenger of Allah SWT.It was if the earth was made easy for him SAW.We would be exerting ourselves while he SAWﷺwould not be struggling.’’ Al Bara’ ‘’I saw the Prophet SAWﷺ wearing a red garment, with his SAWﷺhair combed, and I have never seen anyone before or since, who was more handsome than he SAW. Anas Ibn Malik ‘’I have never touched silk softer than the palm of the prophet SAW,nor have I smelt a perfume nicer than the sweat of the prophet SAW.’’
Public Policy: Beyond Traditional Jurisprudence A Maqasid Approach (IIIT)
This work charts new territory in Islamic scholarship by attempting to address the field of public policy from a maqasid (higher objectives of the Shariah) perspective. Public Policy is an independent discipline from both law and politics. Thus, Public Policy in Islam is introduced here as a qualitatively different enterprise from both fiqh (Islamic jurisprudence) and siyasah shar’iyyah (Shariah-oriented politics). The book deals with a number of critical topics that include methodology, governance, human rights, ethics, political power, and reform and renewal. It highlights how the maqasid approach is indispensable to the theory and practice of public policy in Islam, how it could resolve some of the most persistent governance dilemmas throughout Muslim history, but more significantly, how it forces a re-conceptualization of the wealth of knowledge available in Islam s primary sources to introduce Public Policy in Islam to mainstream policy studies.
